This podcast helps you work out your own authentic leadership style that works for YOU! This helps you be agile in all types of situations, leading into your strengths and balancing both the science and art of leading.
The podcast will help you lead yourself better and increase your self-awareness. It will journey through different management theories so you can identify what works for you in your context. It will challenge you to create your own authentic leadership model and practice it with tools and templates to support you.

Meet Your Host - Fiona Dunn
Fiona is a senior learning and organisational development leader. She has experience in large multi-national corporates as well as in the Not-for-Profit sector. She has a Masters in Education, a Graduate Certificate in e-Business and more recently completed a Masters in Leadership.
Fiona is a strong leader and took a long time to find her own authentic leadership style. Growing up in a time that told women that they could do EVERYTHING yet there was a difference between this espoused utopia and reality. Being a senior woman, a migrant to Australia and balancing a family has given Fiona unique insights to making leadership work in a culture that at times has not be “friendly”.
Being a diversity, equity and inclusion champion, Fiona has a strong strengths based approach to leadership and has researched how you can bring all of yourself to work and be an authentic leader – your way!
